The Gungan Council

The Gungan Council (or TGC) was born on November 1, 1999, a creation of then Pennsylvanian High School student Brian Kunkle, more famously known as "General Ceel". The board initially operated as a roleplaying forum, although throughout the years as much an emphasis is now placed on discussion as roleplaying. While it has remained true to its roleplaying roots, it is now a used for a variety of discussion topics: music, movies and sports.
